Watch: Business Owners Kick out Sheriff and Health Department

Video below shows a group of business owners at Athletes Unleashed gym in Orchard Park kick out the Sheriff’s Department and Health Department.

According to reports, business owners and citizens attended a meeting at the gym to discuss recent COVID-19 restrictions on businesses. The Erie County Sheriff’s Department and Health Department entered the facility, telling them they were in violation of the limit to gatherings of no more than 10 people. The group demanded the deputies get a warrant or get out. After several minutes of back and forth the Sheriff’s deputies and health department left the building.
