A Democratic drag queen who goes by the name “MAEBE A. GIRL” was defeated in California’s 28th Congressional District election. He lost in the primary election on March 3, 2020.
“Maebe A. Girl” claims that he will run for congress again in the future.
He is currently a Silver Lake Neighborhood Councilmember.
