Emgage PAC Endorses Saafir Rabb for Congress in Maryland
Emgage PAC recently announced their endorsement for Saafir Rabb for U.S. House of Representatives in Maryland’s 7th Congressional District.
Emgage, one of many organizations aimed at increasing the number of Muslims serving in government, took to Facebook to announce their endorsement:
Emgage PAC is proud to endorse Saafir Rabb as the candidate for Maryland Congressional District 7!
Don’t forget, election day is February 4! ✅🗳
Rabb served as an advisor to President Barack Obama’s transition team and is currently a board member with the Coalition for Black Excellence and Words Beats and Life.
Rabb is one of several muslims running for U.S. Congress in the 2020 elections.
UPDATE: Saafir Rabb was defeated in the Democratic primary election.
