Tamimi and Khairullah are not the only two muslims in powerful positions in New Jersey. In fact, the amount of muslims getting into powerful positions in New Jersey is growing rapidly. There are currently at least 40 muslims in office. This includes Mayors, School Board Members, City Councilmen and Judges. See the full list of muslims in office in NJ here.
