Worst Campaign Ads of 2018

Levi Tillemann was a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House to represent the 6th Congressional District of Colorado. Tillemann was defeated in the Primary Election. In one of Tillermann’s campaign ads, he sprays himself in the face with pepper spray.

 

Rich Madaleno was a Democratic candidate for governor of Maryland. Madaleno was defeated in the Democratic Primary Election. In one of Madaleno’s campaign ads, while sitting next to children, he kisses a man and then says “take that Trump!”

 

Dana Nessel is a Democratic candidate for Attorney General in Michigan. In Nessel’s campaign ad, she suggests people vote for her because she does not have a penis.

 

Richard Painter was a Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate from Minnesota. Painter was defeated in the Primary Election. In Painter’s first campaign ad, he puts out a “dumpster fire”

 

Yatish Joshi was a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House to represent the 2nd Congressional District of Indiana. Joshi was defeated in the Primary Election. While watching the campaign ad, you might think Joshi is the young black man rapping. Joshi is actually a 68 year old immigrant from India, who is shown at the end of the video.

 

Steve Farley was a Democratic candidate for Governor of Arizona. Farley was defeated in the Primary Election. At the end of Farley’s campaign ad, a man rips off his shirt, showing a Steve Farley undershirt.

 

Dan Helmer was a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House to represent the 10th Congressional District of Virginia. Helmer was defeated in the Primary Election. One of Helmer’s campaign ads is a Top Gun parody.

 

Kyle Greene is an independent candidate for the Minnesota House of Representatives to represent District 18A. In Greene’s most recent campaign ad, he says he “wants to be your n****r.”
