Border Patrol Agents Arrest Illegal Immigrant Convicted Of Murder

On Tuesday Fort Brown Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal immigrant who was convicted of murder in April 2004 in Philadelphia.

Alis Yovany Torres-Leon is originally from Honduras and was in America illegally.

According to reports:

A records check revealed the man was arrested in December 2002. In April 2004, he was sentenced to 10 to 30 years in jail, according to Border Patrol.

According to the criminal complaint against the man, he was convicted of murder with a firearm in a public place April 21, 2004. Details about Torres-Leon’s victim and the circumstances of the murder were not immediately available.
