According to reports Dakota Kern is a 18 year old male who identifies as a female. Kern posted a video to his Facebook page of him assaulting a 15 year old little girl. Kern captioned the video “This is what happened when b**** try me.”

A few days after that assault karma paid Kern a visit. Reports say Kern was attacked by a group of people at a pool party. And of course, the media is making Kern out to be the victim. This is being considered a hate crime and 3 people have been arrested for assaulting Kern. I’m just curious why Kern has not been arrested for assaulting the little girl.
